Melting clocks drip starlight,
Agape tastes like blue silence,
Cosmos wears our skin.
Gravity forgets names,
Hearts beat backwards into void,
Awe is a soft tear.
Borrowed constellations,
Whispering of ancient dust,
Pretending to breathe.
This paper weight, a landscape I command.
Each word a step, on paths I've never known.
Their joy, my leap. Their sorrow, felt as own.
The room dissolves, to shadows, soft and deep.
Only this voice my captive mind will keep.
