Paper wisdom withers

In the quiet of the quill's dance,

Wisdom whispers with a wistful glance.

On paper pristine, theories shine,

Yet in practice, they often decline.

Ideas ignite, ideologues assert,

Truths they tout with fervent flirt.

But when ideals meet reality's art,

They falter, fail, and then fall apart.

From visions of wealth without the strain,

To tales of equality that ended in vain,

Bold proclamations in justice's name,

Utopian dreams that never became.

Theories thrive in minds so bright,

But stumble, stagger in the light.

Experience, that ageless sage,

Turns the chapter's page.

For wisdom on paper may seem divine,

Yet practice, my friend, is the truest sign.

Adapt, amend, adjust with grace,

And theory’s truth will find its place.
